Children are often asked the question:
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Adults are often asked the question:
Where do you want to be five years from now?

When it comes to fashion my latest obsession has been to wear basic foundational items. Ya know, black pants & a black top. I used to think wearing black was boring! Now I realize it is anything but that!

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching which for many of us translates into Turkey and the onset of postprandial somnolence, also known as:
My hope is that we enjoy this luxury to the fullest. May we allow ourselves to give into the spirit of gratitude and to be human. To hit a hard reset and get back to the lost art of fully owning what we were created to be:

A couple of years ago a decorative sign stuck out to me at a thrift store. I purchased it and had it hung in the main hallway of my home. The sign is directly outside of my family’s high traffic bathroom and my home office. You cannot miss the sign.

I was laying on my office couch staring out the window when I saw leaves beautifully falling from the trees in great numbers. This triggered me to rummage through my reseller bin for a full length skirt I previously thrifted. It has a richly colored leaf pattern that matches the fall season perfectly.
The skirt is not a “maternity” item by category, however…

The election results are not known and many folks in the United States are sitting on the edge of their seats. Rightfully so, as there has been A LOT of divide in the American land. Regardless of which side folks stand on (#teambiden or #teamtrump) or those that remain central – this one fact remains.
God is on the Throne
